Rights of the volunteer:
1. To be informed about the objectives, policies, and programs of the organization, particularly those related to the volunteer’s area(s) of work
2. To be treated without discrimination and with all respect for your freedom, dignity, condition, and beliefs, and to obtain recognition of the social value of your contributions
3. To receive training, guidance, support, and the necessary means to carry out your volunteer work effectively
4. To properly use the badge that proves your status as an ASOMOBI volunteer and to obtain certification of your dedication
5. To participate in making decisions that affect you through volunteer meetings to plan and evaluate the programs and activities in which you are involved
6. To have necessary protection measures
Duties of the volunteer:
1. To fulfill the commitments to the organization and to respect the rights of the beneficiaries, their families, and ASOMOBI professionals
2. To carry out activities in accordance with the general purposes and principles of the ASOMOBI Volunteer Program, with responsibility, good faith, and without interference in the internal affairs of ASOMOBI or in the work of others
3. To maintain the confidentiality of information received and known in your activities with respect to the beneficiaries and ASOMOBI, and to provide notice of changes of situation, address, telephone, absences, etc.
4. To have health, travel, and accident insurance
5. To reject any financial compensation or privileges that may be offered for your performance, either by ASOMOBI or third parties
6. To observe the prevention, safety, and hygiene measures and those that are adopted by ASOMOBI for your own physical integrity and that of others, as well as to observe the necessary internal operating rules of ASOMOBI
7. To comply with the guidelines issued by ASOMOBI and to adhere unconditionally to the Project and Program of Activities
