Tour to the Hot Springs in Aguas Calientes de Coto Brus
Aguas Calientes (900m) is a community that is part of the Coto Brus canton, in Puntarenas. Wonderful views of the Coastal and Talamanca mountain ranges, large tracts of property and a wealth of rivers and streams mostly born in La Amistad International Park, which make for pure and crystalline waters, are observed abundantly on this tour. This is an organized community; business, grocery stores, shops and bazaars, border police, a group of organized women, school and entertainment. The main attraction at this village is the thermal waters that some locals popularly call “Positas Calientes” or “hot wells”.
